Bảo trì thiết bị sắc ký:+ Thiết bị sắc ký sẽ được kiểm tra toàn bộ phần cứng trước khi bảo trì nhằm phát hiện các hư hỏng, hoặc các thành phần cần phải thay thế... Kỹ sư của ESTECO sẽ thông báo với khách hàng các lưu ý này ngay sau khi kiểm tra thiết bị xong để khách hàng biết rõ tình trạng của máy trước khi bảo trì.+ Bảo trì thiết bị: Thiết bị sau khi kết thúc quá trình kiểm tra sẽ được kỹ thuật viên của ESTECO sẽ tiến hành vệ sinh các thành phần của thiết bị như: bơm cao áp, buồng điều nhiệt, hệ thống bơm mẫu, detector... dựa trên quy trình chuẩn của hãng sản xuất ( PM checklist), kỹ thuật viên với trình độ chuyên môn cao và được cấp chứng chỉ đào tạo của hãng sản xuất sẽ đảm bảo quá trình bảo trì thiết bị được thực hiện nhanh gọn và chuẩn xác, các phụ kiện hỏng hóc và cần phải thay thế sẽ được thay thế kịp thời ngay trong quá trình bảo trì. Các bước tiến hành bảo trì sẽ được ghi nhận trong bảng Protocol đi kèm hồ sơ bảo trì thiết bị.+ Thiết bị sau khi kết thúc quá trình bảo trì sẽ được kiểm tra và test lại các thông số chuẩn nhằm kiểm tra lại toàn bộ hệ thống sau bảo trì, đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động chuẩn xác.2. Dịch vụ sửa chữa:Với đội ngũ kỹ thuật được đào tạo chính hãng và bề dày kinh nghiệm, chúng tôi triển khai dịch vụ sửa chữa thiết bị sắc ký cho khách hàng.+ Kiểm tra hệ thống: bằng thao tác nghiệp vụ của mình, kỹ thuật viên sẽ kiểm tra, phát hiện các hỏng hóc của thiết bị mắc phải và báo lại cho khách hàng ngay sau khi kết thúc công việc.+ Các bộ phận hỏng hóc sẽ được sửa chữa, thay thế... dựa trên báo giá dịch vụ ESTECO cung cấp cho khách hàng và được khách hàng chấp thuận, phụ kiện sửa chữa đều được kiểm tra, đo đạc, cân chỉnh trước khi thực hiện lắp đặt vào thiết bị và được đảm bảo bằng chính sách bảo hành mà ESTECO cam kết trong quá trình thực hiện.+ Thiết bị sau khi sửa chữa sẽ được kiểm tra và test lại để đảm bảo thiết bị hoạt động ổn định và chuẩn xác.3. Dịch vụ hiệu chuẩn thiết bị:Với khách hàng có nhu cầu cao về dịch vụ kỹ thuật hoặc đáp ứng các tiêu chuẩn nghành của mình như các công ty dược phẩm ( tiêu chuẩn GLP), các đơn vị trong lĩnh vực môi trường ( tiêu chuẩn nghành môi trường).... chúng tôi đưa ra giải pháp hiệu chuẩn sắc ký, cụ thể như sau:+ Thiết bị sẽ được vệ sinh, kiểm tra trước khi tiến hành hiệu chuẩn nhằm loại bỏ các yếu tố khách quan gây ra trong quá trình hiệu chuẩn.+ Thiết bị được hiệu chuẩn các thông số yêu cầu như: nhiệt độ, tốc độ dòng, áp suất, độ chính xác bước sóng, .... bằng các thiết bị chuyên dụng được ESTECO cung cấp và được hiệu chuẩn trước khi tiến hành cho khách hàng nhằm đảm bảo độ chính xác nhất các thông số đưa ra trong quá trình hiệu chuẩn.+ Thiết bị sau khi hiệu chuẩn khi đạt yêu cầu sẽ được cấp giấy chứng nhận hiệu chuẩn, tem chứng nhận. Tất cả các giấy tờ này đều được cấp bởi các cơ quan chuyên nghành của nhà nước đảm bảo yếu tố khách quan và phù hợp với đòi hỏi của các đơn vị đánh giá ISO, VILAS....Với các dịch vụ chuyên nghiệp và toàn diện, đội ngũ kỹ thuật với kinh nghiệm lâu năm, được đào tạo bài bản về thiết bị sắc ký chúng tôi mong muốn cung cấp giải pháp hoàn hảo và đem lại sự hài lòng nhất cho khách hàng và đồng hành cùng khách hàng trong suốt quá trình cung cấp dịch vụ. ..

THIẾT BỊ SẮC KÝ KHÍ (GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY)Thiết bị bao gồm (tùy chọn): 1. Lò cột (Column Oven): Buồng cột kèm giá treo cột cho cột mao quản (Capillary column) hoặc cột nhồi (Packed Column) nhiệt độ hoạt động từ nhiệt độ môi trường tới 450 độ.
